Christ Crew Youth

Christ’s Crew is open to all youth Grades 6th through 12th. A variety of opportunities are available for the youth in service and worship throughout the year.

During the School Year

Christ’s Crew youth meets weekly on Sunday's from 6pm to 8pm and every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:30 pm.  Snacks and beverages are available at meeting times. Youth enjoy life application Bible studies, fellowship, and activities during the weekly meetings. Mission and service projects, as well as fun days, are scheduled throughout the year.

Service Opportunities:

Christ’s Crew Youth take a holistic approach to growing in our faith and character including service, prayer, and fun. Outreaching to those in need and to our community is an important part or being a member of Christ Crew.   Service opportunities are throughout the year and are available to youth (and others who wish to go) to participate in mission trips, camps, and varied service opportunities. In the past, our students have gone to Eagle Pass and worked with Mission Border Hope to better help the underprivileged through home repair, leading Vacation Bible School, helping in the food pantry, and at the literacy center, as well as providing Christmas gifts. Most recently (Summer Mission Trip) the youth were back in Eagle Pass delivering and setting up bunk beds that had been made here at the church in June. Previously, (Spring Break in March) the youth went back to Victoria, TX to help with recovery efforts after Hurricane Harvey. This trip, they built an ADA approved wheelchair ramp and helped work towards the completion of a painting project of a porch of another home. Our youth are taught professional skills and take great pride in their work.

Fund Raising for Missions:

Throughout the year, youth participate in various fund-raising activities to help support mission trips, fun days and camp. Fundraising options are announced throughout the year and are optional, but highly recommended to support the activity and ambitions of our group as we reach up to God and out to our communities.

School Breaks and Summer Special Events:

Events include overnight lock-ins, mission trips, New Year’s Eve Watch Night Extravaganza, Easter Sunrise Worship and Summer Fun Days (or nights). Christ’s Crew Youth have service opportunities to help within the St. Paul's community and surrounding areas.

Prayer Request

We believe in the power of prayer!

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”    -Philippians 4:6-7
